When my firewire blew out I was desperate. I gave up on Apple and Avid. Applecheck was the first on a googled list of Essex Apple experts. The service was excellent with every problem solved and every query answered.

Apple Check is the next best thing to having an internal IT chap; someone you can call, email or yell at to get something changed, fixed or improved and know it will be done....quickly.

As a Company we have used Julian's services for many years now and as testament to his services have never changed. The online ticket system for queries is fast and effective but also the response time to telephone calls is excellent. In our particular business we cannot afford to be without our IT system as it runs the entire business so need confidence that as time evolves our system is evolving with it. If I had a Facebook account I would 'Like' Applecheck multiple times, as if I worked in one of those Chinese electronic 'Liking' sweatshops. But I don't, so I can't. Nevertheless, I can't recommend Applecheck highly enough.

When faced with a Mac laptop most computer specialists will run the other way, particularly when you are trying to find somebody to fix a laptop outside of London where, unfortunately, Dell seems to rule the day. So to have Applecheck in Leigh-on-Sea is an absolute godsend.

Applecheck work quickly, efficiently, politely and patiently with technological idiots - something I can attest to - as well as being highly knowledgeable when it comes to more complicated matters. Above all, Julian and Matt bring a human rather than a robotic side to technical support needs.

After my MacBook disk crashed during an OS upgrade, I feared the worse, but Julian did a great job of rebuilding the laptop and recovering all the data - phew! The quotation was reasonable and accurate. All in all, great service and outcomes.
